A: Contributing to a crowdfunding campaign is not the same as purchasing a product. When you back a crowdfunding project, you help bring ideas to life! We will start crowdfunding projects for new products that have not been sold on VeSync, and you can select and buy the perk you are interested in at an early bird price. If the project is successful, you will receive the perk. If the project fails, you will get a full refund in 15 business days.
A: On a PC, you'll see a list with all available perks on the right side of the page. Select the perk you are interested in and click "Back it" to proceed with your payment. If you're using a mobile device, you need to scroll up to see all available perks.
A: In most cases, yes. You can change your address before the project ends. However, if the project is successful and your perk has already been shipped, please contact us at service@vesync.com.
