Directions

1. Place the massager on your neck and shoulders, hand-held or hands-free using the adjustment strap;
2. Press the power button to turn on, and select your preferred intensity (Low/Medium/High) and heat level (Off/Low/High);

4. Recommended use: 10 minutes per session;
