VeSync ships with FedEx and USPS for our deliveries.
We offer free shipping on orders over $20.
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Order Processing & Shipping
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days) from the time they are received.
As a result of a high volume of orders during peak season or campaign, our processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we will work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so we can deliver your items successfully.
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number. You can click the link and skip to the page of your order details to check your package shipment status.
Tracking Your Order
There are 2 ways for tracking your order:
1. Log in to your VeSync Store account and check "My Orders"
2. Contact VeSync Customer Support via email@example.com
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to VeSync as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
to make arrangements for reshipment.
