We offer free shipping on orders over $20.
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
Tracking Your Order
There are 2 ways for tracking your order:
1. Log in to your VeSync Store account and check "My Orders"
2. Contact VeSync Customer Support via firstname.lastname@example.org
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to VeSync as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
