Return & Refund Instructions

The email must contain the following:
Type: “Returns for Refund” or “Returns for Replacement”
Reason for return:
We will review your return and refund application within 2 business days.
Note: Refund processing may be delayed during the event.
Returns for Refund
All returns for refund must be authorized by VeSync within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number. A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-15 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Returns for Replacement
We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order.
All returns for replacement must be authorized by VeSync within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number. A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
